but the trees outside my window in full blossom are a much more definite sign that a year has passed, than any ball dropping, fireworks or champagne pops. you look out and it stares back at you. while you helplessly look and wonder how can the blossoms be back, so soon. :(
@SB: woman! you are kind of awwwing at my life here. (not sure how to take that).
@km: not my bday. but a couple of those have been going around. ahem ahem.. many people we know in blogistan have turned wiser recently.
